Customer Service Hours / Email Support

You will be emailed a receipt to the email address you provide right after your purchase is complete. If you don't seem to receive this email, please check your junk or spam email folders. Support is available via email at rockstarleatherworks@gmail.com Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST via email. I do not offer phone support. Customer service will be not be available on most major holidays including Dec. 24th and Dec.25th. Response time is generally pretty quick, at most, please allow one business day. If you have emailed, and are not getting a response, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTER or JUNK EMAIL. This is usually the issue if you are not hearing back or appear to not be receiving emails.

 

Shipping

Shipping is always free within the U.S.A. The free shipping option is via USPS First Class Mail and includes tracking. When choosing shipping options, please consider that your item(s) need to handmade first (before shipping) and allow at least 3 to 4 days for your items to be made (allow 5 business days from Nov. 15 to Dec. 15). Buyers from countries other than the USA are responsible for any customs charges, fees or issues that should arise in customs within your native country. All orders generally ship within 3 to 4 business days of placing your order. If you would like order status information on your package please email rockstarleatherworks@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible. If the request is urgent please write "urgent" on the email subject line.  If you have tracking or delivery issues, you should contact your carrier or local Post office. There is nothing I can do once it’s in the mail, other than provide a tracking number if you do not have it. For international packages, make sure you contact customs or your carrier in case there are duty and/or tariff fees that may be due.

If you would like expedited shipping other than standard first class mail option, please choose the desired method at checkout. Customers within the U.S.A. can choose: Free Shipping (USPS 1st class mail), USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express Mail. FedEx 2 Day... Shipping options for INTERNATIONAL customers are; International Economy First Class Mail, USPS Priority International and USPS Priority Express. For more information on shipping and how items ship, please see this page. ROCKSTAR LEATHERWORKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING SENT OUT OF THE COUNTRY (U.S.A) VIA INTERANTIONAL ECONOMY, AS THERE IS NO TRACKING PROVIDED WITH THAT OPTION.

 

Allergies & or Skin Conditions

All products are made of genuine veg-tanned leather, various leather dyes (SDS1 and SDS2), stainless steel, nickel plated, nickel, brass and brass plated hardware.  If you are allergic to, or do not know if you are allergic to, leather, leather dyes, stainless steel, brass or nickel, DO NOT wear the products sold on this website. You may view the PDFs of the Safety Data Sheets for the dyes that are used on all products by clicking on the following links, SDS1 and SDS2.  Rockstar Leatherworks is not responsible and accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions caused by leather, dye, steel, stainless steel, nickel or brass hardware used to create the product selection. Consumers need to be aware of any personal skin conditions and/or allergies prior to purchasing or wearing any item. If you are thinking of purchasing or wearing a product from this website, you need to let us know if you are allergic or have any skin conditions prior to purchasing or wearing a product.

 

Customs / Duty / Tariff Fees

Customs will often charge import tax and other fees on imported items that are subject to customs policy. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for more information on the policy, including the tax, clearance time, etc. If customs or import duties are levied, you (buyer) are responsible for paying them to receive your package. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country, if you have concerns that you may be subject to customs duties on your imported goods, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier. We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. Being based in the USA., the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of your native country are to be know by you, the purchaser. 

 

Gifts /  Gift Certificates / Information on Returning Gifts

Gift certificates can not be purchased with coupon codes or discounts. Any orders will be cancelled and refunded if purchased with a coupon code or discount. If you are buying a gift for someone and do not know the proper size, the best option is to purchase an E-gift certificate and you will be emailed a PDF with a Coupon Code in the amount of your purchase. The Coupon Code is to be used at checkout. If able to resize an item without remaking the entire item, there will be no additional costs to the customer, other than shipping costs. If you have ordered an incorrect size and the entire item needs to be remade, then a 20% restock fee will apply, (of orig. price) since the entire item must be remade by hand and the original item has to go on the shelf. Please see this page if you have questions on measuring your wrist before ordering. Refunds may only be given to the person that made the actual purchase. All credits and/or gift certificates must be redeemed within one year of original purchase. After one year any credit with Rockstar Leatherworks will expire and no longer be valid.

 

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Complete cancellations and changes to your order are only accepted for 48 hours from when the order was received. Orders cancelled or changed after the deadline will be charged a 20% (of original item cost) cancellation fee to cover time and materials, as I will have already started on your order.

 

Exchanges / Returns / Resizing / Remaking Items

Please understand these are handmade. They take considerable time and materials to create so it is very important that you measure your wrist size correctly. Please also know that there will be slight variations in color, as every piece of leather is different and accepts dye differently. I do my very best to recreate all items as they are shown but slight variations are common.

I accept returns on new unworn items, including all cuffs and cuff watches, EXCLUDING custom designed items, such as "one-offs" and unique items that are created per a customers special request. Returns must be ok'd within 30 business days from the date you received the item(s) and be in new condition.It is recommended that you email rockstarleatherworks@gmail.com to notify  that the package is being returned before sending the item(s) back. An email helps, in order to both, let me know that the return is coming and to help avoid problems and possible confusion. Please include your information and/or transaction information along with your return. Please be sure to package your items securely before shipping back. If you have questions about returning something, please feel free to ask. Shipping charges are non refundable. When returning your items, please track or insure your package. Rockstar Leatherworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. A refund will not be given if package is lost or stolen. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, to and from, for any resizing of items that is a result of incorrect sizing. Rockstar Leatherworks is not responsible for inaccurately measured wrists or incorrectly ordered sizes.If an item is able to be resized without remaking the entire item, there will be no additional costs to the customer, other than shipping costs. If you have ordered an incorrect size and the entire item needs to be remade, then there will be a redo fee of 20% of the original item cost, since the entire item must be remade. Refund Information

When returning and item that is going to be refunded, please know that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive your refund as soon as the package is received back. All refunds can only be given to the original purchaser and will process back to the original form of payment.

 

Incorrect Orders & Order Cancellation Information

In the event that an order is processed without the correct amount having been charged and/or paid, that order will be cancelled. If any order is determined by the seller to have informational or monetary errors, it will be cancelled and refunded. If any technological errors within an order occur, it will be cancelled and the full amount refunded. You will receive an automatic email when an order is cancelled and/or refunded. If you do not see these emails, please check your junk or spam folders. You will be contacted and a new order can be created in the correct amount and can be sent to you via email.

 

Leather Care

Using some type of leather conditioner and buffing your leather per the product instructions should revitalize and preserve your item for years to come. Do not wear them in or submerge them in water.

 

Wrist Sizing above 9 inches

If you need a wrist size above 9 inches, please send an email. This is just a precaution to ensure you are measuring correctly. More often than not, 9 inch and over turn out to be measured incorrectly. An email will be sent asking all orders with a specified wrist size of 9 inch or over, to please double check using the sizing method on the wrist sizing page. If a size is confirmed after double checking and it needs to be returned for being too large, a new one can be made. However, it would be subject to a 20% restock fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rockstar Leatherworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All lost packages must be verified via carrier. If your package is damaged upon receipt, please notify the carrier. For lost packages, the carrier will do a brief trace on the package which may take 1-4 business days. After receiving confirmation that the package was lost in transit, a claim can be initiated with the carrier and a new item can be made for you, while the claim is being investigated. If at any time the carrier finds the package or you receive the original package, please return it.

 

Warranty Information

All leather craftsmanship is covered for a period of one year and will be replaced if received and proven to be defective. Actual watch faces are covered by manufacturer warranty of 90 days unless otherwise noted. Batteries, Screw Posts and Apple watch strap adapters are not covered. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the screws remain tight on your Apple adapters as well as the screw posts that attach the straps. Any watch faces that show obvious signs of abuse, wear or tampering will not be covered. I try my best to ensure all my customers satisfaction. In order for a product to be replaced it cannot show obvious signs of abuse or extreme wear. Most cases can be handled by simply sending an email to rockstarleatherworks@gmail.com.

By submitting your email and entering the discount bonus, you agree to receive email marketing from this website and you may unsubscribe at any time you receive an email.

Personal data is collected when you provide it at checkout, (e.g. name, address, postal code, city, phone number and e-mail address), through registration, completion of forms or e-mails, as part of an order for products or services, inquiries or requests or other situations in which you have chosen to provide personal information. Your privacy is very important. Accordingly, this Policy has been developed in order for you to understand how your information is collected, used to communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines the privacy policy.

      - Will not sell, share or distribute your personal information or email address.
      - Your information will be used at the time of sale in order to complete your transaction and may be used to communicate with you regarding your order or for future promotions. You can always opt out if you receive an unwanted email in the future.

       

      Acceptance of Terms

      Rockstar Leatherworks reserves the right refuse sale to anyone for any reason, to display, take photos of, list for sale, re-sell, all custom leather products created by ordering from this website. Rockstar Leatherworks reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, at any time, including but not limited to, errors in an order, cost of order or technological errors. All designs of any and all leather items created and sold via this website are property of Rockstar Leatherworks. This includes but is not limited to; leather watchbands and wristbands. By ordering from this site you are accepting the terms as listed above. If you have a specific question regarding something please ask it BEFORE ordering. Rockstar Leatherworks reserves the right to refuse service and/or issue a refund for any purchase made if determined to be necessary. Products and product descriptions may be updated at any time without notice.
