SHIPPING:
Our shipping is always free within the U.S.A. if you choose the free shipping method. Buyers from countries other than the USA are responsible for any customs charges that your native country may require. All orders generally ship within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order since each item is custom made to each order. If you would like order status information on your package please email us at admin@rockstarleatherworks.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If the request is urgent please write "urgent" on the email subject line. All orders using free shipping will ship via the US Postal Service (unless otherwise specified) via standard First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS:
If you would like expedited shipping other than our standard first class mail option, please choose the desired method at checkout.
  
GIFTS / INFORMATION ON RETURNING GIFTS:
If you are buying a gift for someone and are concerned about ordering the proper size, the best option is to purchase a gift certificate. If this is not an option for you, then please do the best you can when specifying the size you would like to order. We will accept gift returns on new unworn items in exchange for a new item that is the proper size. Refunds may only be given to the person that made the actual purchase.
  
RETURNS:
We accept returns on new unworn items. Returns must be authorized within 30 business days from the date you received the item(s) and be in new and unworn condition. You must email us at admin@rockstarleatherworks.com and get a return authorization number (usually the paypal transaction number) before sending the items back to us. We require this in order to both let us know that the return is coming and in turn help avoid problems. This number must be included for reference on or along with the package. Please be sure to package your items securely before shipping them back to us as we can not give refunds for items that are not in brand new condition. If you have questions on this please feel free to ask. Shipping charges are non refundable. When returning your items, please track your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A refund will not be given if package is lost or stolen. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SPECIALTY CUSTOM ITEMS, such as custom watch bands , that are created to your watch face measurements. We do not accept returns on totally unique items created per request, such as a one of a kind cuff design or color, that is not a standard item on our website. Due to the fact that these items would be and are crafted to the specifications that are given to us by the customer, only these items are not returnable. Measure Twice! - No exceptions - if the item has been worn, is scratched or cosmetically damaged and is not in resalable condition, then you may not return it.

EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges for all new cuffs and cuff watches, EXCLUDING custom designed items, such as one-of-a kind and unique items that are created per a customer request. If you simply need your watch or cuff resized we would be happy to do so. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to and from Rockstar Leatherworks for any resizing of items. Please include $6 along with your return to cover the return shipping to you. Returns must be authorized within 30 business days from the date you received the item(s) as described above. WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR INPROPERLY MEASURED WRISTS. Please see this page if you have questions on measuring your wrist.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All lost packages must be verified via carrier. If your package is damaged upon receiving you MUST make note to the carrier. On lost packages the carrier will do a brief trace on the package which may take 1-4 business days. After we receive confirmation that the package is lost in transit we will initiate a claim with the carrier and immediately send you a new package while the claim is being investigated. If at any time the carrier finds the package or you receive the original package you must return it to us within 10 business days.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All leather and hardware included to attach the Rockstar Leather Cuff to the watch face is covered for a period of one year and will be replaced if received and proven to be defective. Actual watch faces are covered by manufacturer warranty of 90 days. Batteries are not covered. Any watch faces that show obvious signs of abuse, wear, glass breakage or tampering will not be covered. We try our best to ensure all of our customers satisfaction. In order for a product to be replaced it cannot show obvious signs of abuse or unordinary or extreme wear. Most cases can be handled by simply sending us an email request at admin@rockstarleatherworks.com.
